I was in a bookstore in Harvard Square (Cambridge, USA) when I saw your name on the spine of a book. And voila, it was your book Hieronymus B. So now I'm proud to have one of your books in my collection. I've looked through it once or twice already. I have a special affection for the comic where he wakes up and flies out of a birdhouse.
As for this image, is this normally how your work? Rough composition to block out forms, loose pencil, tight pencil, and then inked? Fun to see your process.

Yes Bob, that is how work. Not a very fast way... But somehow I need it. There was a time where I inked directly on blue-penciled lines. But I loose this totally.
